The 2019 year of dual vocational training was particularly successful. With 135 participants, there were more than ever before. 40 of them attended the training in Ashgabat, 29 in Awaza, 30 in Mary and 27 at the new training site in Turkmenabat.

Also new was the integration of the Micro Business Game. It helps the participants to better understand the needs of their customers from the SME sector.

The new participation record and the expansion of the dual vocational training to all regions of Turkmenistan underline the huge importance of this offer for the Central Bank of Turkmenistan and the commercial banks.
