Project term: 01.09.2023-29.02.2024

The project "Access to Finance and MSME Resilience Support II" funded by the German Government continues to support Ukrainian micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), fostering their resilience during times of crisis and high risk. Businesses from de-occupied territories and war-affected regions are particularly prioritized.

The project is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation (DSIK) together with the Business Development Fund of Ukraine. It consists of a financial and a capacity building component.

It can be supplemented with a grant up to 30 % of the loan amount, the maximum amount of the grant is 30,000 euros (equivalent in national currency).

Financing is facilitated through partner financial institutions Oschadbank, Bank Lviv, Kredobank, and Ukrgasbank.

Capacity building component

MSMEs can also take advantage of advisory service from our partner the All-Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants “CMC-Ukraine” to develop their skills and overcome current challenges. This support covers different areas, including enhancing marketing campaigns, strategic planning.
